Ibrahim Seif is a resident scholar at the Carnegie Middle East Centre. He also served as consultant to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the International Labour Organization.
Ibrahim Seif is a former Director of the Centre for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan and served as Secretary General of the Economic and Social Council in Jordan.
He holds an MSc and a PhD in Economics from the University of London.
